The Shared Shuttle transfer means that you will travel with other passengers.

For example, if you are booking a transfer from Rome City to Civitavecchia Cruise Port, the shuttle, before leaving Rome, will charge other passengers who have booked your own transfer and the same or very close times.

• The Shared Shuttle is a door to door service.
• The vehicles are the same of Private Transfer: Luxury Category.
• Maximum stops (pick-up or drop off) for each vehicle: 4.
• Plus 30% on the total for the following dates: Jan 1, Aug 15, Dec 24/25/26.

FROM ROME CITY TO CIVITAVECCHIA PORT:

• The Shared Shuttle is available from 8 am to 1 pm.
• It is available only from the center of the city.
• A slight change in pick-up time is possible (not more than 30 minutes) that will be communicated the day before via email.
• Once it leaves Rome, the transfer takes about an hour and half.

FROM FIUMICINO APT (OR TOWN) TO CIVITAVECCHIA PORT:

• The Shared Shuttle is available from 8 am to 1 pm.
• Once it leaves Fiumicino, the transfer takes about an hour.

FROM CIVITAVECCHIA PORT TO ROME OR FIUMICINO APT (OR TOWN):

• There are 6 departures from the port: 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9.30 AM. When you book a Shared Shuttle, please choose the exact time of one of departures.
• If to Rome, it is available only to the center of City.
• Once it leaves the Port, the transfer takes about an hour to Fiumicino and an hour and half to Rome.

• Once it leaves the Port, the transfer takes about an hour to Fiumicino and an hour and half to Rome.

Yes, the Private Transfer is available for all destinations.

Yes it is possible. If your group is staying in two different hotels, we can pick-up (or drop off) them from (or to) both hotels with the same reservation. This is possible only from/to Rome and only if the two hotels are both located in the center of Rome.

• In the third step of booking, the form will ask you if you need an additional pick-up (or drop off).
• Leave "0" selected if you do not need it and proceed with the reservation. Choose "1" if you need an extra stop and enter the details of the second hotel: name of the hotel and its address.
• If you need more stops, please contact us.

Any additional drop off or pick-up cost is €10.

The booking process is very simple.

• Use our booking form, filling in all fields carefully.
• Choose the type of service you like and send the reservation.
• Once the reservation has been completed you will receive a first email with access credentials for your personal account where you can enter at all times to check the status of your reservation and where you can download your voucher once accepted.
• You will receive also a second email with the sum of your reservation.

If you choose to pay by cash or credit card to the driver, after the email with the STATUS: WAITING, you will receive another email after your reservation has been accepted by our operators with the STAUS: ACCEPTED. It can take a few hours.

If you choose to pay online, at the end of the reservation you will automatically be redirected to Paypal website. Once the payment is complete you will receive the email with the STATUS ACCEPTED.

It is mandatory to show the voucher with the STATUS: ACCEPTED to the driver. You can print it or show  a digital copy on an electronic device.

You can cancel or modify your reservation until 24 hours before the day of the service without additional cost. If your service has been prepaid online, you will be reimbursed the full amount less taxes (6%).

We offer 3 methods of payment:

• Cash to the driver
• Credit card online via paypal (+6% of taxes)
• Credit card to the driver (+3% of taxes)

No additional or hidden cost.

Our system is designed to ensure maximum serenity for the customer. The day before the booking date, the customer will receive an email with the details of the driver assigned: Photo, phone number and email. The customer can communicate directly with the driver if necessary.

Regarding luggage, we consider a large one and a small one for each person.

However, we do not have luggage limits and we do not charge additional charges.

The only exception concerns Private Transfer for two people. For space reasons, the sedan can not charge more than 4 luggage (2 large and 2 small). For couples who have more of 4 pieces (or any non-regular luggage) and decide to book a private transport, they will have to book the EXTRA LUGGAGE service that will be done with the van and will have a minimum additional charge.

The travelers with special luggage (wheelchairs, walkers, scooters for the disabled, or non-regular luggage) can only book the Private Transfer. This is because otherwise there is no the guaranteed space for the luggage of other passengers.

For those travelers who have problems getting in or out of the vehicle alone, we can offer ramp-powered vehicles. Due to the space reserved for the wheelchair user, the luggage space is limited.
